Notice For Paisleys And Polka Dots Peaceful Mini Album Purchasers

Today we received an email from Paisleys and Polka Dots reference an important notice for all Peaceful mini album purchasers.  It is nice to see that companies such as Paisleys and Polka Dots are taking a proactive approach about trying to solve possible issues.  This is a check in the good customer service block in my book.  The Peaceful mini album is shown in the photo below and the message follows the photo.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
to all Peaceful mini album purchasers

It is with much disappointment that I am having to send out this email. Unfortunately, there is ONE kit that was sent out that is missing a piece of paper. This missing piece would be located in bag #5 and it’s the white and black dot paper. It is the circle piece for the base of the page. You should have two large circles in this bag. Please check your kit if you have purchased one and I will be sure to send out the missing piece to you right away. If you are unsure of which kit I am referring to I have attach a photo below (photo is posted above this text). Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Happy Scrapping!

Julie

Julie Johnson is the founder and creator of Paisleys and Polka Dots. She has been a scrapbook designer and instructor for over ten years. Her work has been published in scrapbooking magazines, catalogs and she has won multiple contests and awards.

Julie’s love of scrapbooking started sixteen years ago when her children were very small. With a passion for art and creativity, she quickly fell in love with preserving her family’s memories. Julie began to share her passion with others when she became a consultant for a rubber stamp and scrapbook company. After frequenting her local scrapbook store, she was asked to become a designer and teacher. Julie enjoyed sharing her creativity with others through her layouts, mini albums and card kits.

After many years of teaching, Julie has decided to share her designs with those outside her community, and in doing so created Paisleys and Polka Dots!
